YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support operational projects in the portfolio:
- You will actively work on a wide range of operational topics and solve problems end-to-end – tasks can range from optimizing sales and logistics processes to setting up reporting structures and designing a business intelligence (BI) strategy.
- You will be directly involved in the operational processes of the portfolio companies, which will give you valuable insights into the structure and functioning of the companies.
Support deal flow and acquisition and sales processes:
- You will create the basis for sound investment decisions by independently conducting research on potential investments, analyzing market trends and creating company profiles.
- Analyzing financial and company data to support M&A transactions will be an integral part of your tasks.
- You will prepare presentations, pitch decks and other relevant documents required for negotiations and sales meetings, thereby making a significant contribution to the success of our transaction processes.
YOUR PROFILE
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) at a college or university in Munich, with the capacity to work 15-20 hours per week with us
- At least in the 5th semester of your Bachelor’s degree or already in the Master’s program
- Students from degree programs such as business administration, management, finance, business informatics, consumer science and economics are particularly well suited to our environment, but we also welcome applicants from thematically more distant fields if they meet all other criteria
- At least one previous internship in the areas of consulting, VC/PE, M&A consulting or growth start-up
- Strong interest in the combination of entrepreneurship and investments
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication and teamwork skills
- German language skills at native speaker level, as well as good English skills
- Nice-to-have: first coding experience (SQL, Python, No-code)
