As partner for business optimization one of my responsibilities is the operational development of our portfolio companies.

I have been active as a consultant in the IT sector for almost 20 years and have held management positions in several IT services companies. Since the beginning of my professional career, I have been dealing with the impact of digitalization on business models. In doing so, I have been involved in the digital transformation of numerous companies in a leading role. 

‍

I studied business administration at HHL Leipzig and the University of Würzburg.

In my role as a partner, I focus on the operational development of our portfolio companies.

‍

As CEO, I helped build a market leader in a niche in the automotive aftermarket and today I am responsible for other DEDIQ investments in the e-commerce sector with a B2C focus.Before joining DEDIQ, I worked for five years in investment banking (M&A) at Morgan Stanley in Frankfurt and New York.

I studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen and Columbia Business School.

My responsibility at DEDIQ lies in the operational development of our portfolio companies.

Before DEDIQ, I worked in corporate development at UBS for two years and at McKinsey for almost four and a half years. I completed my studies in business administration at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and the University of St. Gallen.

‍

Parallel to my bachelor's degree, I completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk.

‍

As a partner for new investments, I lead the search for suitable portfolio companies and the execution of transactions.

‍

In addition, my focus is on developing the DEDIQ Value Creation Plan as the basis for each of our investments. Before joining DEDIQ, I worked in investment banking at Rothschild, Morgan Stanley, and HSBC in Frankfurt, London, and Düsseldorf for 20 years.

I studied business administration at EBS in Oestrich-Winkel and computer science at James Madison University (USA).

My responsibility at DEDIQ lies in the operational development of our portfolio companies.

After studying business administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and prior to joining DEDIQ, I worked in private equity at Silverfleet Capital in Munich for almost three years and in investment banking (M&A) at J.P. Morgan in Frankfurt and London for five years.

My focus at DEDIQ is on the data-driven development of our portfolio companies.

I built up the BI division of a market leader in a niche in the automotive aftermarket. Today, I am responsible for the BI division in other DEDIQ investments in the e-commerce sector with a focus on B2C. Before joining DEDIQ, I worked for five years as a data analyst in an international online marketing network.

I completed my computer science studies in Marburg and subsequently earned my doctorate in computer science at the Technical University of Munich.

‍

In my role, I support the operational development of our portfolio companies in the area of business optimization. 

‍

Before DEDIQ, I worked in management consulting at Bain & Company and goetzpartners, as well as in corporate venture capital at Fielmann Ventures. 

‍

I studied technology and management-oriented business administration at the Technical University of Munich and am an alumnus of the Manage&More entrepreneurship scholarship program at UnternehmerTUM.

At DEDIQ, I am responsible for the operational development of our portfolio companies and for reviewing and evaluating new investment opportunities.

Before joining the DEDIQ team, I worked at Monitor Deloitte for 4.5 years, most recently as a project manager. 

‍

I studied business administration at EBS in Oestrich-Winkel, Peking University, and LMU in Munich.

All finance and administrative processes at DEDIQ fall within my area of responsibility.

Before joining DEDIQ, I worked as an executive assistant and event manager. 

‍

I studied business administration at the Technical University of Nuremberg.

At DEDIQ, I am responsible for the operational development of our portfolio companies in the B2C sector and deal with the evaluation of new investment opportunities.

Before joining the company, I worked for 2.5 years in the generalist team at McKinsey, most recently as a junior project manager. I then spent almost a year supporting the board of a sports foundation as a strategic advisor.

I studied Management & Technology at the Technical University of Munich and Copenhagen Business School.

In my role as Director Talent, I am responsible for recruiting new employees for DEDIQ and filling strategically important positions in the portfolio companies.

In addition, I work with our portfolio companies on other talent-related topics, such as employer branding, talent management, and community building. Before joining DEDIQ, I worked at Personio and Intel in the area of global talent acquisition.

I studied politics and economics at LMU in Munich and completed a master's degree in general management at the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship.

As Group CFO, I am responsible for finance, investors and banking relations at DEDIQ. I am also responsible for controlling the investment holdings.

I set up e-commerce sales, finance and HR for a portfolio company in the automotive aftermarket. I am currently also responsible for setting up technical sales for an in the plant engineering sector.Before joining DEDIQ, I worked in investment banking (M&A) at Morgan Stanley in Frankfurt.

‍

I studied business administration at WHU Koblenz and ESCP in Paris.

I support the further development of our portfolio companies by using data-based analyses to optimize processes, workflows, and decisions. I studied computer science and statistics at LMU in Munich.

‍

During my studies, I started working as a student trainee at DEDIQ and was hired as a permanent member of the team after completing my bachelor's degree.
