We are looking to fill a newly created position as “Manager Financial Accounting (m/f/d)” for our Family Office in Nuremberg at the earliest possible date. In this role, the focus will be on financial accounting and the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns. Several years of experience in these areas is essential and is a prerequisite for this position.

We are looking for a person who is interested in the further development and expansion of the Family Office. You should have a desire and motivation for various topics such as the introduction of the asset management software QPLIX and for process optimization. Ideally, you already have experience in the area of financial asset accounting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Responsibility for the financial accounting of our companies in the legal form of corporations / limited companies and partnerships / private companies
– Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
– Work in the QPLIX asset management software
– Contact person for all internal and external parties
– Contributing to the optimization of financial accounting processes and cross-departmental projects

YOUR PROFILE:

– Successful completion of a degree as an accountant, tax specialist or auditor or comparable degree (e.g. in finance, business administration, etc.)
– Professional experience in the field of financial accounting
– Expert knowledge in the accounting of securities transactions and HGB accounting
– Experienced with MS Office and DATEV
– Ideally previous experience in the fields of auditing, tax consulting or other family offices
– Quick comprehension and interest in setting up new processes in the QPLIX asset management software
– Structured, precise and independent way of working
– Team spirit and empathetic personality
